Had my PRP done, only enough to cover about 2/3 of my head so should be an interesting experiment to see the comparasion on the non treated area. If I do get good result I'll simply go back to finish the job.
I want to do A&G again after I heal a bit from the PRP and after that start a daily topical regimen.
5% Spiro Lotion Nightly - can't find any good (and safe + reliable) topical androgen antagonist so spiro will have to do for now.
Aminexil - To break up fibrosis.
Elsoms JuveLine - Mainly for the Copper and Zinc healing properties.
Apple Stem Cells - Something new I want to try, will look for a shampoo that contains it. Revita and Sigma seem to contain apple polyphenols but I understand the stem cells are different. If I feel like that's not enough then I'll have to look for another containing product.
Holding off Minoxidil for now, this is hard to do because I feel I can get good results from it, however for some reason I feel the correct route to go first is to focus on healing instead of forcing growth.

Finished A&G approx. 2 weeks ago and for the next while my plan looks like this:
Aminexil Treatment - This takes 6 weeks to complete, by this time I should have a good idea on how well A&G has worked for me.
A&G Round 2 - 20 days to complete, I'm convinced A&G is doing something it's just a matter of how much. I'll see how well it does after 3 months and then do it again to see if it's enhanced with a second application or by the Aminexil.
Minoxidil - So I caved and am bringing out the kitchen sink. I know for now I'll never get a result I'm totally happy with but the closer I get the better so I'm going to use everything. Starting nanominox after the second A&G. May switch to the Polaris formula with apple poly at a later date.
Still continuing to take my Finasteride and Suppliments, Laser 3x/week and Nizoral 1x/week to keep inflamation down. If Dr. Jones actually does pick up PRP injections maybe I'll go for one of those when it becomes available here. If all that doesnt work then wow, I can really say I have tried almost everything.

Yeah, 6 months can feel like forever sometimes though.
I don't think I could do transplants mainly because of my type of hairloss. I'm thin all over, if I transplanted to thicken I run the risk of shock loss or looking patchy as my MPB progresses. I would never have enough donor hair to cover my entire MPB area.
The only other thing I want to add but can't yet is a solid topcal anti-androgen, don't seem to have very many good ones out there. Keeping my eye on CB-03-01 and ASCJ-9 but they're still a couple years out.

I see... well, you're doing a good job I think with your existing regimen. And remember though, with an HT it's about creating more of an illusion of fullness. My hair transplant isn't super-dense, but damn, it's starting to look really good. And if I were to be a bit thinner in the crown, I would just not care as much. Always have concealers as an option. I guess my point is this, if things go south for you, even as a diffuse thinner, I think you should always keep the HT option open.
For now though, I think you're doing a stellar job of staying on top of it.
